“We were very lucky to have you as an agent. What impressed me and Kavitha the most was how you were not "pushy" like the 2 or 3 agents we met before and did not pressurize us into going for any home. We also appreciate your honesty...”

"Results! Results! Results! They’re just as important as location, location, location when it comes to finding the right home, and results are EXACTLY what Edwin Baloloy of Prudential California Realty provides. Tired of living in Barney Fifedom, I was in need of a professional who could relocate my household and family back to the Golden State. It was important that I find someone I could trust, as my realtor was literally going to be my “eyes” when it came to selecting the property. Edwin Baloloy went above and beyond my expectations. He truly listened to my needs; kept me informed every step of the way; and found me a wonderful home in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood. He is the optimum professional and knows the true definition of “customer service”. Procuring a home can be an overwhelming effort (especially when you’re trying to do it from 2,000 miles away!), but with Edwin guiding you through the process, you truly know that you’re in expert hands."

"We were just searching on the internet and we happened to find you. After speaking with many other agents while we were looking for our first home, we were often pressured and lied to. You were honest with us about each house and neighborhood and told us what was WRONG with the home as well. I appreciated not pressuring us or calling us everyday."

"I was telling my wife how disciplined and composed you were during our escrow."

"I had the pleasure to work with Edwin Baloloy recently on on a purchase transaction.  As the loan officer involved, it is always nice when the real estate agent is experienced, helpful and ready to work together if any obstacles present themselves along the way.  Edwin was all of these and also seemed to be genuinely interested in me as a person.  Even though the transaction has been completed, we still stay in touch.  I now recommend him to any of my clients that could benefit from his expertise."

How I Got Started

In some ways, I was "born" into the business by being raised by a mother who's a Real Estate Broker in two states and a father, who's a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). I started working out of their office in 1988 and eventually worked part-time at a Century 21 office in 1994 while attending Cal Poly Pomona.

I've always been facinated at the potential impact a home can have on a family's or individual's life. Since age 7, I've asked my mother to bring home brochures and floor plans home whenever she viewed new homes. I later decided to pursue a career in Engineering in hopes of working closely with home design. While that career never materialized in the way I had hoped, it allowed me to have a strong technical foundation to pair with my passion for real estate.

I stongly believe that my technical education, in-family expertise, and "corporate world" work experience gives me a huge advantage over the "traditional" real estate agent. It also allows me to review properties in a more analytical perspective.
